Refund Policy

The short version

If we haven't started building your site yet, you get a full refund. If you're mid-subscription, you can cancel any time and keep your site until the end of the period you've paid for.

Before the build starts

Ask for a refund before we begin work on your site and we'll refund your first payment in full, no questions asked. Just text or DM us.

After the build starts

Once design work has begun, the first month covers the build and isn't refundable. If you're unhappy with the result, tell us — revisions are included and we'd rather fix it than lose you.

Monthly renewals

• Renewal payments are not refunded for months already started.
• Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be billed again.
• Cancelling keeps your site live until the end of the paid period.

Duplicate or accidental charges

Charged twice or bought the wrong tier? Contact us and we'll refund or switch you to the right plan right away.

How to request a refund

Text (702) 622-7152 or DM @detailersgrowth with the email you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
