Terms of Service

The agreement

By purchasing a package or using this site you agree to these terms. Adal Laurel, doing business as Detailers Growth ("we", "us"), provides website design, hosting and booking software on a monthly subscription. There is no long-term contract.

What's included

Your plan page lists exactly what your tier includes. In general we design and build your site, host it, keep it online with SSL, and make the edits included in your tier. Anything outside your tier — extra pages, custom development, paid ads, photography — is quoted separately before we start.

Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• If a payment fails, your card is retried. Sites may be paused if payment stays unresolved.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal. Your site and access stay live until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the subscription ends and the hosted site is taken offline.

What we need from you

To build your site we need your business details, services, pricing and any photos or logos you want used. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us. Delays in getting us this material will delay your build.

Ownership

Your content, brand, photos and domain remain yours. The site build, templates and underlying software remain ours and are licensed to you for as long as your subscription is active.

Acceptable use

Don't use our services for anything illegal, misleading or abusive, and don't attempt to interfere with the platform or other clients' sites. We may suspend service for a breach of this section.

Results and liability

We work hard to build sites that convert, but we can't guarantee any specific number of bookings, rankings or revenue. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes to pricing are communicated before they take effect on your plan.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
